Since joining with Scott to form the Campbell Team in 2004, I’ve worked to expand our services well beyond the North Shore market. With several years experience as an information technology manager, I’ve developed niche marketing tools and focused on making the latest marketing trends and technology available to all our clients.

As a licensed broker, I focus on buyer agency and love working with first time home buyers. I also work with buyers to locate investment, foreclosure and corporate relo properties. Katherine Marsack specializes in the single family and condominium real estate market both in the North Shore and Milwaukee Metropolitan areas. Having over ten years of experience in the real estate industry, she is know for her honesty, integrity and dedication to all facets of a real estate transaction. She is a member of The Scott W. Campbell Team, one of Milwaukee Metropolitan leaders in luxury homes, estates, condominiums, land developments, new construction and lake front property sales.

Prior to her career in the real estate arena, she was a member of the Junior League of Milwaukee. Her accomplishments included co-chairing one of their largest fund raisers for several years, along with community service in a wide variety of organizations. She was also an active PTA board and booster club member specializing in fund raising and treasury responsibilities.

Outside of her professional career, she enjoys working out, golfing, gardening and reading. She currently resides in Milwaukee with her husband.

I grew up in Milwaukee and have lived in both homes and condominiums in five cities in the metropolitan area, giving me a broad working knowledge of the greater Milwaukee area. Having worked in the medical field for over twenty years, the empathy and trust that patients experienced with me are qualities that buyers and sellers now appreciate when they enter into important real estate transactions. Both careers have a common element – my desire to help people.

I have joined RE/MAX United Realtors as a realtor associate in the Cedarburg office to surround myself with top professionals with high ethical and performance standards. RE/MAX offices are strategically located throughout Southeastern Wisconsin to cater to the variety of housing and condo markets.
